Cheers for Browne 2010 Red Blend

It’s been a great September for the namesake wine of our Precept Wine CEO and President, Andrew Browne.

The Browne Family 2010 Red Blend, a luscious blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah from the Columbia Valley, first received praise in our regional Seattle Metropolitan magazine as a top Washington wine under $25. On Sept. 24, Dave McIntyre of The Washington Post chose the wine as one of his “top five wines for early autumn,” recommending it and noting its great price. He wrote of the wine: “A stylish blend of merlot, cabernet sauvignon and syrah, it’s a lovely example of what Washington state can accomplish. I appreciate the light touch with the oak that allows the fruit to shine through. This wine can often be found at a lower price, making it an even better value.”

Word then got out to The Drinks Business, which included the Browne in its roundup of Top 10 Wines in US press.

If you haven’t discovered Browne, do it before this scrumptious vintage is sold out!
