  • Unconditional Pinot Noir

    tasting notes

Boysenberry, huckleberry and wild blueberry aromatics are accented by jasmine, lavender and sandalwood. The entry is lively and bright, showcasing the natural acidity of the Battle Creek Vineyard, complemented by the concentrated fruit resulting from our low yields in 2016. The mid-palate offers flavors of crème de cassis and blackberry cobbler, finishing with long, silky tannins and a hint of star anise. This wine is a wonderful apertif, as well as an excellent accompaniment ot a wide variety of foods.
